When can I get paid for the domain I sold?
You will receive money within one week after we receive confirmation that the domain has been transferred to the buyer. Provide your card number and PayPal in advance. If only the card is indicated, then we will transfer the money to the card. If there is only PayPal, then we will transfer the money to the PayPal account. If two payment methods are indicated, then we will choose ourselves.
How long can a deal take?
From one hour or more. Different registrars have different terms and conditions. It may be that it takes a lot of time. Buyer's funds are guaranteed to be blocked for 30 days on the card or 45 days on the escrow account.
What if the buyer refuses to pay for the offer or the seller refuses to transfer the domain?
If the buyer paid for the offer, then you will see that the money has been credited to your account. You will receive a notification email. You cannot cancel the transaction during the period of blocking funds. If the seller refuses to transfer the domain, the buyer will receive money back at the expiration of the escrow period.

How should the domain be transferred - push or transfer?
It depends on the registrar. It is important that the buyer, after the transfer is completed, has the opportunity to completely dispose of the domain. Some zones by a domain can be transferred only with the submission of documents to the registrar. It takes time. Discuss the timing with the buyer ahead of time so that they can be alerted.
What does anonymous transaction mean?
We do not disclose information to third parties. The buyer can remain anonymous if he wishes. Information for obtaining domain rights may vary. Sometimes, specifying an account number or email is enough. Users cannot be anonymous in front of Noyter. The buyer is verified at the time of payment, and the seller is verified before the payment of funds. You may need to transfer copies of your identity document or domain management rights.
What is the sequence for making a deal on NOYTER?
The bidder reserves the domain, the seller receives a notification about the receipt of the offer. Then the buyer pays for the offer, the seller receives a notification about the receipt of payment for the domain to the internal account and a notification that everything must be prepared to transfer the rights to the domain to the bidder. Next, the bidder needs to contact the seller through the internal messaging system and with his help obtain ownership of the domain. Then the seller needs to send an image confirming the transfer of rights to the domain to the administrator. After moderation (usually no longer than a week), the funds for the domain will be transferred from the seller's internal account to the details specified in the account.
What price can be set for a domain?
There is no upper limit. The minimum cost of a domain that can be sold on Noyter is $ 2,000. Offers with a lower price will be removed or adjusted to the minimum amount.
How much commission does NOYTER charge for trades?
Our commission is 15%. Commission is charged when payment for the offer is received. The seller receives money to the account minus the commission. This is a single commission for our site. This price includes marketing and all NOYTER services, including financial services.
What if the seller or buyer does not get in touch?
When a deal goes through, all parties receive instructions. Follow them so you don't delay the deal. Help your buyer get a domain faster. Send him detailed instructions and a link to the registrar. If the party does not respond for a long time, and the reasons are unknown, then contact us with a detailed description of the situation.
